ZACCHEUS was a rich tax collector who wanted to see Jesus. He had heard a lot about him and he realized that He was to pass along that way, He went intentionally to meet with Jesus. When he met Jesus this one encounter transformed His life and character forever. He corrected his past life and called Jesus the Lord of his life.
Brethren, it is our deliberate and intentional attitude in seeking Jesus that will make a change in our lives. He has promised that if we seek Him we will find Him. The responsibility now lies on our shoulders. We must have a longing for an encounter with Him and we will meet with Him. In your daily Bible reading and prayer seek to meet with Jesus. Seek to meet with Him in your family
When you pursue God with passion and purposeful intention you will definitely have an encounter with you. Daniel did it and after 21 days his request was given him. David longed for God and met Him. Ruth pursued Him and was numbered among the lineage of Christ. No man pursues Him with passion, purity of purpose and perseverance that is left like that. He will definitely meet with Him. Seek Him today and He will reveal Himself to you and bring out the best from your life.
PRAYER: O LORD help me to seek to see you in every facet of my life in Jesus name.
