A MINISTER is a servant that dispenses the work of his master that has been assigned to him. Paul the apostle here mentions that God has made them able ministers of the New Testament. They were crafted by God to become what God wanted them to be. By themselves they were not able to do anything significant for God but he realized that God is the makers of sufficient men.
There is an activity that makes men able and God is the one who makes men capable of serving Him acceptably. When Jesus came He called men and said, “follow me and I will make you.. “. Our responsibility is to be yielded to Him and allow Him to work in us so that we can be competent ministers.
As we are made by the Lord the Spirit enables us to be able to accomplish purposes of God. As long as you are willing and obedient God can make you and use you for His purpose. Remember it is when you are made that the competencies of Zion will flow out of your life.
*PRAYER:* O LORD make me an able minister no matter the cost so that I can bring glory to your name.
