Bride of Christ Devotional, 24th November, 2023
Isaiah 42:4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. (KJV)

ISAIAH 42 gives a prophetic blueprint of the life and focus of the Messiah and what he was to accomplish in His ministry. One thing that is highlighted in this text is the the Messiah shall not fail nor be discouraged until He has fulfilled that which the Master desires. God intends that we complete the task He has giving us.
God wants us to finish well. All that we need to do has been captured in our life’s purpose. He has a specific plan for our lives. We don’t have to copy anyone. We only need to discover what He wants us to do and to follow it.
Our responsibility is to go to God and discover what He has called us to do. When we find our place and assignment is we must be faithful so that we finish well. All the gifts and graces that we need will be wielded to us so that God’s plan for our lives and destinies will be actualized.
PRAYER: O LORD help me to finish the task you have given me in Jesus name.
