From the first attack against marriage in Genesis chapter 3, satan has not stopped his attack. In fact, he is unleashing havoc on marriages; in these days. Homes of unbelievers and believers are under attack, even the homes of men and women of God are not spared. It is a dangerous season for marriages.
Yet, in the midst of this attack, your home can be preserved. In the scripture above, watching, warning, and fighting; day and night are the only way out. Husband and wife must be alert with their spiritual state, their Word intake, their prayer life, the companies they keep, the places they go, etc. Day and night their spiritual antenna must be on, and the must be ready to launch spiritual attack against every offensive power working against their homes…. Without these, the safety of your home is not guaranteed in this season.
Prayer: Dear heavenly father, help my spouse and I to be watchful, to be united in spirit, thought, and action. Give us overwhelming victory over every assault against our home in Jesus name.
