TOPIC: HELP FROM GOD
TEXT: Psalms 124:8 (NLT) Our help is from the Lord, who made the heavens and the earth.
PREACH
Man by nature, is not self-sufficient, and this requires him to seek help and assistance from other sources. Seeking help from the wrong sources attracts failure, defeat and death.
Do you ever feel trapped by overwhelming odds? With God, there is always a way out. No problem is beyond His ability to solve; no circumstance is too difficult for Him. God is not only all-powerful, He also watches over us. Nothing diverts or deters Him. We never outgrow our need for God’s untiring help and watch over our lives. God is a loving Father and has emphatically promised to help His children. Beloved, turn to God for help in your time of need, for He is on your side.
PRAYER
O Lord my God help me.
PONDER
God never fails, and His help cannot fail. Try Him today.
PRACTICAL
Make it practical this week by seeking help from God.
