TEXT: Ecclesiastes 12:1(NLT) Don’t let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor Him in your youth before you grow old and no longer enjoy living.

PREACH
We should consider life as a precious resource to be used wisely and not squandered frivolously. Because life has no guarantees, we must always be prepared. A life without God produces a bitter and hopeless eternity. A life without God’s purpose works or labors in vain.
Knowing that life is futile without God motivates the wise person to seek God first. The wise person does not just think about the moment and the impact; he or she takes a long-term view toward eternity. Beloved, approach your daily decisions from God’s perspective and their impact twenty years from now and into eternity. Live with the attitude that although our lives are short, we will be with God forever if we please Him and the memory of a well-spent life on a good and godly agenda is eternal. Remember a life centred around God is fulfilling. So seek God now.

PRAYER
O Lord my God help me to seek You with all that I am (heart, mind, body, spirit, soul) and with all that I have.

Don’t waste your life on evil or meaningless activities that become bad habits.

PRACTICAL
Make it practical this week by seeking God with all your heart, soul, mind, spirit, and body.
